Kodili Ukeekwe aka Keiyu releases PEPE SOUP which features Afrobeat’s super star TEKNO. produced by Selebobo and M/M by Mixmonsta.
Kodili Ukeekwe aka Keiyu was born and brought up in Washington DC, USA. His mother and father are both from Eastern Nigeria. After high school, he enrolled into the university of arts studying music composition, but later switched to vocal performance the next year. While at the university, he still maintained a classical foundation while studying voice, but He got a stronger introduction to jazz music, as well as musical theater.
Presently, Keiyu is doing music professionally with his debut studio body of work an EP titled “BREAK OUT” which dropped on May 14th, 2021. He is set to hit his growing fans and the stores with dual singles With “PEPE SOUP” which features Afrobeat’s super star TEKNO and “BEWARE”, He also has a six-track body of work titled “RPG” serving sounds from afrobeats, pop and alternative all expertly produced by Ace producer Selebobo and mixed and mastered by Mixmonsta. With this amount of work to his name in such a short space of time, suffice to say, the name “KEIYU” is most definitely here to stay.
